Ingredients:

200 g Tipico IT’s Grana Padano
Olives
8 Slices of Tipico IT’s Bresaola
Arugula
Tipico IT’s Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

PREPARATION

Take a little non-stick pan and put it on the gas. When it will be well heated, start sprinkling on the base a handful of grated Grana Padano and with the help of a spoon, spread it delicately making sure you do not have gaps.

Let it melt and when you notice that it has become golden, with the help of a spatula remove it delicately from the bottom of the pan and place it on a upside-down glass creating its borders.

Once it is lukewarm, detach it delicately from the glass bottom and continue in the same way in order to make the other baskets.

Then season the arugula with some oil and a pinch of salt. Place it on the bottom of the baskets. Subsequently, place the bresaola slices and some olives.

At this point you can place your Grana Padano Cheese baskets in a serving plate and serve them immediately before they get softened.
