of Sugar

Eggs
Apricots' Jam

Powdered Sugar

PREPARATION

Start with whisking the eggs with sugar.

After that, add the flour and the baking powder and mix.

Stir the batter and pour it in a baking tray.

Cook it in the baking tray for 20 minutes at about 180°.

Get the base out of the oven and let it cool down, then cover the top with some apricot’s jam.

Roll the cake base and garnish it with powdered sugar as you like.
