of Tipico IT’s fresh Pappardelle
Salt

PREPARATION

Put the fresh pappardelle in abundant salty water.

In the meantime, in a pan filled with olive oil let the mushrooms brown.

Put the pappardelle in the mushrooms pan and stir with plenty of grated parmigiano reggiano.

Serve the pappardelle warm.
