10 Slices of pork loin
90 g Tipico IT’s Smoked Pancetta
10 Dried pitted prunes
Tipico IT’s 00 Flour
Half glass of white wine
Tipico IT’s Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1 Stick of Rosemary

PREPARATION

Take the pork loin slices and place on each of them a slice of pancetta and a dried pitted prune.

Enclose each roll with the help of some kitchen string.

Now cover each roll with some flour. Subsequently, warm a pan with some olive oil by placing inside the rolls. Brown them for a couple of minutes from all sides, then add some salt and pepper.

Now deglaze them with some white wine and let it evaporate by cooking with the lid closed for about 10-15 minutes.

Once cooked, transfer your rolls with pancetta and prunes on a serving plate, sprinkle some gravy on them and serve them hot.
