Ingredients:
500 g
of Tipico IT’s Mascarpone
200 ml
of Tipico IT's fresh liquid cream
390 g
of Condensed milk
Seasonal fruit
PREPARATION

First, whip the cream to a good consistency.

Cut the fruit into small pieces and blend in a blender to a puree.

Mix the condensed milk and mascarpone with the fruit purée until the mixture is smooth.

Now pour the mixture over the freshly whipped cream and mix well.

Lind the plumcake mould with cling film and pour the fruit cream into the mould.

Place the semifreddo in the freezer overnight.

When it is time to serve, take it out, turn it out onto a serving plate and decorate it with chopped fresh fruit.

Cut your semifreddo into slices and enjoy.
